Welcome to our Bootcamp! We’re excited to have you join us in a space where creativity, learning, and friendship come together. To ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Safe and Inclusive Environment

We are committed to creating a bootcamp that is welcoming and respectful of every child’s background, identity, and experiences.

• Privacy and Sensitivity: All personal information, especially related to gender identity and sexual orientation, will be handled with the utmost care. We implement strong privacy settings and give participants (and their guardians) control over who can view personal details.

• Inclusive Language: All communication—spoken or written—should reflect respect and inclusivity. We ask everyone to avoid assumptions and to honor the diverse identities of our participants.

• Resources and Support: We provide access to helpful resources and, where appropriate, connect participants to supportive communities or forums to enhance their experience.

2. Community Guidelines

• Treat all participants, staff, and instructors with kindness and respect.

• Harassment, bullying, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

• We encourage participants to report any inappropriate behavior. Reports will be handled discreetly and promptly.

3. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

We value your input. Participants and parents/guardians are welcome to share feedback about the bootcamp experience, especially around inclusivity, support, and overall satisfaction. This helps us continue growing and improving the program.

4. Right to Refuse or Accept Applications

To maintain the quality and integrity of our program:

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application to our bootcamp at our sole discretion, even if an applicant meets the basic eligibility requirements.

• Our decision to accept or reject an application is final and not subject to appeal.

• This policy helps us ensure a positive and safe environment for all participants. We aim to curate each session to reflect our values and commitment to inclusion, safety, and learning.

• No refunds will be issued once payment has been made. If you have any special circumstances, please contact us and we will review your case individually.

• This clause is communicated during the application process and is also available on our website and registration forms for full transparency.
